Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Come home to you—mindfully, lovingly, and consciously.
Because most items are made-to-order to reduce waste, we don’t keep inventory to restock. That means we handle returns intentionally and in line with our production partner’s policies.
What qualifies for returns, exchanges & credits
We believe peace of mind should come with every purchase.
If there’s ever an issue with your order - like a misprint, damage, or wrong item - we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. If your piece doesn’t quite feel like “you” once it arrives, no worries, Mama. You can return it for store credit toward something that does. You’ll just cover the return shipping.

If there’s a problem with your order
If your item arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email Care@mamatribeunited.com within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Care Team will take care of you with compassion and speed. Please include:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item/issue and the packing slip
Once approved, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you. 💕
Please do not send anything back until we provide instructions—unauthorized returns aren’t accepted.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and make it right.
Change of mind/ wrong size
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t feel like you once it arrives — and that’s okay, Mama.💫
Because each piece is lovingly made-to-order to reduce waste, we can’t process full refunds for changes of heart or sizing differences. However, we want you to love what you wear.
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or wasn’t what you expected, you can:
- Return it to us within 30 days (unworn and unwashed), and
- Receive store credit toward any future purchase.
You’ll simply cover the return shipping, and we’ll issue your credit once the item is received and inspected.
To start, email care@mamatribeunited.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return — we’ll take it from there with love and clarity. 🌿
Exchanges
Since every order is printed just for you, we don’t offer traditional “swap” exchanges.
But if you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to help you return your original item for store credit, so you can place a new order that feels perfectly you.
We’ll guide you every step of the way — no stress, just care.
How to start a claim
- Email care@mamatribeunited.com within the timeframe above.
- Attach photos + order number.
- Wait for approval and return/replace instructions. (Please don’t mail anything back until approved.)
EU “cooling-off” note
EU consumer laws include a 14-day right of withdrawal for many purchases, but custom/made-to-order goods are typically exempt. Since our products are printed on demand, the 14-day cooling-off right generally doesn’t apply, except where local law specifically requires otherwise. If you’re in the EU and believe you have a statutory right to cancel, email us at Care@mamatribeunited.com within 14 days and we’ll guide you based on local rules.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return (or verify a defect with photos), we’ll process a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Banks can take up to 10 business days to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since our approval, email us at Care@mamatribeunited.com and we’ll check on it.
Order Changes & Address Updates
We get it, life happens! If you need to update your order or address, email Care@mamatribeunited.com - within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order begins production, we can’t guarantee changes — but we’ll always try our best to help.
